POLICIES:
  • Weekly Rental is from Saturday to Saturday
  • Check-In: 4PM / Check-Out: 10AM
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets
  • 50% deposit and refundable security deposit due within 15 days of date of reservation
  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to check-in
  • Linens provided
  • $150 Cleaning Fee
  • No Tents or Trailers permitted on property
  • No Trespassing on Neighbor's Properties
